With more states legalizing marijuana and even some presidential candidates proposing nationwide legalization, interest in giving THC a try is higher than ever. Before taking a toke, most people want to know how smoking weed could impact their health.

This is especially useful during the healing process after an injury, allowing bones to mend faster. The researchers also found that it makes bones harder to break in general. 

Marijuana is also a well-known pain reliever, aiding the healing process once again.
